Turntable and Scribblogram work
Images made by programmable drawing machines
The turntable machine combines rotary motion with one variable axis driven by a sun and planet mechanism. The speed of the turntable and the two motors driving the x axis are variable and can either be programmed integrally with the machine or via an external timer. The Scribblogram is an X:Y plotter design with the addition of a scribble pen action which may be programmed to activate when a particular X:Y co-ordinate is reached.
